What to write to us about
- Corrections. If we got a price, a contract term, or a fact wrong, tell us. Include a link to the page and, if you can, a source. Corrections are handled per our editorial policy.
- Topic suggestions. Stuck with a security problem we haven't covered? That's exactly the kind of article we like to write.
- Business and partnership inquiries. We'll consider affiliate relationships that meet the terms in our affiliate disclosure. Note that we do not sell placements, rankings, or reviews - please don't ask.
- Privacy questions. See our privacy policy, or email us directly.
Why there's no contact form
This is a deliberately simple static website - no scripts, no forms, no tracking widgets. A form would require server code and a third-party processor we'd have to vet. Plain email is simpler and keeps your message between you and us.
What we can't help with
We're a publication, not a security company. We can't service your alarm system, dispatch anyone, or provide emergency help. If you have an emergency, contact your local emergency services. For account or billing issues with a specific alarm company, you'll need to contact that company directly - though our Costs & Contracts section may help you prepare for that call.
